Explore Gunnersbury, London Open House, 18 September 2011

Ealing and Hounslow councils have organised a chance to see Gunnersbury's historic buildings and join in a range of family activities, all of which are free.

You can

try pond dipping, 11 to11.45am and 2 to 2.45pm, or have a go at fishing, drop in sessions, 11am to 3pm, both at the Potomac Lake,

view the Temple and Princess Amelia's Bath-house (and meet Princess Amelia), 11.30am to 5pm

join a minibeast safari, starting from the Museum, 12.15 to 1pm

see the museum or tour the Victorian kitchens, 1 to 4.30pm

join a tree walk at 3pm or a bat walk at 7.30pm, both starting from the Museum
